STUDIO SCHWITALLA is an interdisciplinary studio practicing ARCHITECTURE, contributing VISIONS about urban mobility and exploring the mobile society through VISUAL ART.
The experimental work of the studio is at the intersection of architecture and urban design focused on neighborhoods as three-dimensional structures and the future of urban mobility.
The driving force is the re-negotiation of spaces for mobility and immobility to generate transformable urban environments - centered on human needs, not those of mobility machines.
Research partners include mobility experts like Schindler Elevators, Audi as well as other institutions.
